Account Registration & Verification
Providing accurate information is mandatory when registering with 7reel. 7reel reserves the right to terminate any account found to contain false details.
One Account Policy: Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed, and any funds held may be forfeited.
Identity Verification: 7reel may verify your identity before processing a withdrawal. You may be asked to provide a copy of your National ID or passport. This is done solely for your own security.
Contact Information: The mobile number and email address provided at registration must remain active. To update this information, please contact support.
Password Security: Never share your account password with anyone. 7reel is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account.

Age & Eligibility Requirements
Strictly Prohibited: 7reel is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Protecting minors is our highest priority.
You must be at least 18 years old to join 7reel. 7reel may request official documentation to verify your age at any time.
Providing a false age at registration will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds.
Opening an account in a minor's name by a guardian is also strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

The payment method used for withdrawals must match the one used for deposits. Withdrawals to another person's account are not permitted.
Identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. Additional verification may be required for large withdrawals made for the first time.
In compliance with anti-money laundering laws, 7reel monitors suspicious transactions and reserves the right to report them to the relevant authorities.

Bonus & Promotion Terms
7reel bonuses are rewarding, but each comes with its own specific terms. Claiming a bonus without understanding those terms may lead to disappointment later.
Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the required wagering amount has been completed. The wagering requirement for each bonus is listed on the bonus page.
Validity: Bonuses that are not used within a specified period after being claimed will expire. The validity period is typically 7–30 days.
One Bonus Policy: Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Abuse Prevention: Creating multiple accounts or using a family member's account to claim bonus offers is strictly prohibited.
7reel's Rights: 7reel reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer. However, bonuses that have already been claimed will not be revoked.

Betting Rules
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless 7reel declares the bet void due to a technical error.
7reel reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds. For example, if odds appear millions of times higher than intended, such bets will not be honoured.
If there is clear evidence of match fixing or gaining an unfair advantage, the bet(s) in question will be voided.
If a user attempts to guarantee profits by placing opposing bets on the same event, 7reel reserves the right to restrict that account's betting activity.
7reel is not responsible for bets being processed late in live betting due to internet connectivity issues.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7reel. Violations may result in account closure and legal action.
Using 7reel's payment system for money laundering purposes.
Using bots or automated software to analyze odds or place bets.
Attempting to hack into 7reel's systems or exploit any security vulnerabilities.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
Spreading false information or fraudulent advertisements in the name of 7reel.
Depositing using stolen or someone else's credit card / mobile account.

Account Closure & Suspension
Voluntary Closure: You can close your account at any time by emailing support@7reel.app. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
Closure by 7reel: If evidence of a terms violation is found, 7reel may close the account without prior notice.
Temporary Suspension: Accounts may be temporarily suspended while an investigation into suspicious activity is ongoing.
Balance Refund: If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any bonus balance may be forfeited. However, the user's own deposited funds are generally returned.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is used solely for the purpose of providing services and ensuring security.
7reel never sells your personal data to advertisers or third parties.
7reel may be required to share information with relevant authorities in cases of legal obligation, such as a court order.

Limitation of Liability
7reel does not offer compensation for financial losses incurred through betting. Betting is inherently risky, and financial losses are a real possibility.
7reel is not liable for losses caused by technical issues, server downtime, or internet disruptions. However, affected bets will be reviewed in such circumstances.
7reel bears limited liability for delays or issues caused by third-party payment processors.

Responsible Gaming Policy

Deposit Limits: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
